A simple test called Relaxin is now available to test for pregnancy in dogs. It is recommended the test be done at 28 days (of pregnancy) to ensure a more accurate result. It is simply a matter of taking a small amount of blood and waiting about 10 minutes for a result. It could not be easier!

Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (Feline AIDS) has been around for some time now and as with its human counterpart - nothing can be done to treat the disease.  Now, at least there is prevention available! A vaccine has been formulated to help with the prevention of this debilitating disease. It is administered in the same way as your annual adult cat vaccinations. Kittens (or previously unvaccinated cats) need a series of 3 injections a month apart. Your cat needs to be microchipped and if it's over 6 months of age we will need to test your cat for FIV prior to vaccine administration.
